A 12kw high frequency with parallel option required and supplier commit it is as per requirememt but import a hybrid inverter which is sample order its not working as same requirement. Now i contact to supplier now what can i do in Pakistan the product warranty paid high rates for 10 years warranty and now its useless for us so i need yhe replacent for that inverter which i import and paid highet custom duties and by air shipment. if you can do favour to me ask the supplier to do service as my request.
